Description
Baas International Group(BIG) provides as Port Contractor for Riyadh Dry Port handles all container operations, discharging from the train, shifting to exam area, stripping/stuffing, X-Ray scanning, cross-stuffing etc. These operations are supported using specialized equipment’s like straddle carriers and monitored by Terminal Operating System (Navis N4 2.3). All shipping lines, shipping agents, Customs brokers, Customs, Saudi Railways organization and all stakeholders associated with port activities can now track their container movements using the app “BIG” on all Android Phones. The App also includes features like Complaints/suggestions which are redirected to respective customer service departments. Providing “Uninterrupted Services” is the motto of Baas International Group and we strive towards providing excellent customer services to all our customers at Riyadh Dry Port.
