The app doesnt support the payment links properly and gets disconnected and the amount gets deducted and order it not placed and the app askes again the login id n password.

Actually it should be 0 rated app😠😠.I have really very worst experience with this app.My return request has been pending from last one and half month.Aleardy contacted them through 5 mails but doesn't seem any progress till now.So just don't install ND waste ur money.If there is any optn included over here for screenshots I would love to show there real colors of there service.Go for other shopping apps but don't ever invest ur Time and Money in this app.

Pathetic app n pathetic service.No refund they provide and no revert over email&calls Worst app ever I have come across, pick up boy has picked the return product, still daily I was getting SMS n calls for pick up.And once I got SMS stating pick up cancelled, additionally there is no revert over emails n calls after holding line for 50-60 min Today it has been 15 days to pick up.still there is no single revert from brandfactory Do not buy anything from this site. they r lootofying the public

The worst app I have ever experience . I have selected a few items.But can not proceed for payment after several days payment. In the mean time, some of the prices suddenly rais a lot. Please dont misguide the people with your poor app.

Very worst app till now and the service managment . Raised return request in august month and till now they are not even responding back. And the products have been picked up without the refund. Worst service ever i experienced .

The worst ever app...the app downgrade its good will. I want to give no star to this app..that one star is too much for it. When you can build a proper resources communication and procedure to the app. kindly do not deploy it. Bad customer care service i was on hold for 1hr and no response in what world you providing offers online and no one to answer the queries. Disappoint is very small.Who so ever is incharge of this app, let me tell you you are by yourself degrading the goodwill.
