Bluetooth Connector

Bluetooth Printer Management provides real-time visibility into the metrics on most of your Zebra Technologies Link-OS printers that are connected via Bluetooth to your handheld devices. Bluetooth Printer Management consists of the Bluetooth Connector and Connection Manager applications. These applications on the mobile computer create a gateway between the Bluetooth connected printer and either Zebra’s Printer Profile Manager Enterprise or SOTI MobiControl, providing real-time visibility and management. As a result, you can update, monitor, troubleshoot and proactively prevent printer-related issues that can result in downtime, all from a remote central location, in real time.
A wide variety of information is available from each printer, including if the paper is out, if the printhead is open, when the battery is low, the number of inches and labels printed and more.
Real-time alerts appear within the Printer Profile Manager Enterprise application, ensuring instant notification when events take a printer offline – or will take a printer offline in the near future, and enabling the instant action required to restore or keep the printer in service.
