App is not working,after entering Mobile number app is showing error from last 3 hours.not ble to enter my data.

App doesn't sync data with server properly. I have registerd 16 Retail outlet attendant And 2 tank lorry driver. But in the list sent by field officer, only name of 12 customer attendants present and in that list of 12, one tank lorry driver is shown as customer attendant. Poor data base syncing and management.
