Was charged a 150 aed few after buying a day pass, because I kept the bike longer than 45 minutes. When purchasing the day pass there was no indication I was going to need to return the bike and get a new bike. I was going to purchase a yearly subscription to careem bike because it seemed like a good way to travel and get a work out, but after A) learning about this 45 minutes policy and B) being given and overage charge, it's a no from me. You need to read the policy on the website.

I was excited to get the bike. I have been trying to loggin for an hour and I just can't, it is smart business idea but useless if you can't allow people to easily access, very bad experience
