PERSONALISATION ACCORDING TO TIMER TASK:
Over a period of time you accumulate tasks that you want to use the timer for. It could be tasks in the kitchen, workout, work related and so on. Maintaining multiple timers and selecting the right timer for the task becomes a pain.
Personalisation of timers with the task solves this problem. Your frequently used timers become more effective. Daily Timer has a wide range of personalisation features for your timer:
1. Backgrounds identifying your timer task :

Take a picture of the task : You can click a photo of the task
or choose a photo representing the task from your photo Gallery.
So you can take a picture of you workout/exercise, boiling egg, running, coffee break, teaching kids and then set it as a background for your timer.

Designer backgrounds: Our designers have come up with gorgeous backgrounds for some of the frequent tasks that you want to use Daily Timer for. Go through our collection. If you need more, please drop us a mail at support. We will include it in our next update.
2. Match Timer Tones with Timer task:
Let's say, you are using the timer for meditation and at the end of it the timer sets off with a jarring sound. With Daily timer you choose tones as per the task that you are using the timer for. Choose from an array of tones like meditation, pets, alarm, exercise , kitchen and so on.
3. Speak your Timer Alert:
When the timer fires, you can make it speak a custom message like "Take a Break", "Feed the Dog", "Meeting in 10 minutes" and so on. Your timer then also becomes a personal reminder app for you.
4. Icons:
Our designers have created classy icons for your timer tasks, along with the backgrounds for the timer. This will help you identify your timers much better than just names and also make it more friendly and fun than just counting down numbers.

Daily timer not only provides users an option to create multiple timers, but they can also run them simultaneously. You can not only see all your timers in one place in a beautifully designed list,
you can also navigate between timers with a simple swipe gesture.

There are some timers that you want to run in a loop like feeding pets ( every 4 hours) , taking medicines (every 8 hours) and so on.

CHAIN TIMERS:
At the same time, there are some tasks that you want to do in a sequence. And you want to time each task in the sequence.
Some examples could be
Work -> Break , Boiling eggs -> Cool and Serve, Push ups -> Break -> Squats and other interval timers
In the chain timer, timers are laid out in a sequence. When the countdown of one timer end and the alert plays out , it triggers the start of the next in the sequence.
