please, update doctors profile with their email id. It is very important. recently one ENT doctor of the app told me to send phothos of patient's inner mouth & throat via e mail. after taking photos I found no email id in the app. then I called to their customer care & collected doctors email. another thing is report. they can no see report in video call. I suggest, patient will be called wheather he has report to show. If yes then take the snapshot of report from patient and send to doc.
