No communication, no support contact, no tracking system, very hard to know what is happening to your order, and a not user friendly app -_-

Never pay by card in the app, always use cash on delivery, the restaurant(kfc) just called me saying the area was outside of service and marked the food as sent, and i was left without aby recourse. Nunca paguen directamente por la app, solo efectivo contra entrega, el restaurante (kfc) simplemente me llamo diciendo que estaba fuera de el area de servicio, y marcaron el pedido como enviado sin reembolso, y no tienen mecanismos para reportarlo
