Doesn't work on Explorer Dream on either Apple or Android. The "I am Onboard" button is a dead button.

I'm on board button, Does nothing, I'm not on board takes me to booking site. I'm already connected and using wifi for 6 days, but app shows nothing useful.

Keeps saying I have to connect to the WiFi when I already have and I can't get past the first screen ("I am onboard" button doesn't work).
