Description

As a former CIA Officer and Marine Corps veteran, I have worked out and trained all over the world in everything from immaculate, high tech gyms to tents in the middle of the desert. I have learned over the years that no matter how busy our lives get or how limited our resources are, there’s always a way to get it done. As we get older with more and more responsibilities, we tend to put our health on the back burner. I can show you that with the proper diet you don’t have to spend hours in the gym to be fit. Fitness will always be hard work, but it should also be fun.
Training is a huge part of my life. Strength training in particular has been extremely important to both my overall fitness and recovery from multiple knee surgeries. I strongly believe that there's not a one size fits all workout or diet. I have recently transitioned from a paleo diet and powerlifting at around 255lbs, to a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting and high volume workouts at a much leaner 225lbs. I still focus on the big compound lifts, but take a very intuitive approach to my workouts. I adapt each training session to how I may feel on any given day.
One of the first things the Central Intelligence Agency does after you get sworn in is to assign you a mentor. I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be extremely beneficial to learn from someone who had been in the game for a long time. That’s exactly what I will provide to you on your fitness journey.
