supposingly we need to connect this app to our foreo device. Somehow I tried connecting my foreo to two phones, and failed at the second attempt. I just realized I had to choose the "remove device" option from the first phone to fix the connecting issue. Thought this might help some of you who are facing similar issues with connecting. You'll need it for the Massage Treatments. It's really therapeutic!

I think this apps need to be improved soon. First, I didn't get my verification code send to my email like the other apps did. Second, the Luna 3 and my Samsung note 10 didn't connect. I tried many times like install and re-install this apps but still didn't work. I dont know what to do.. maybe I should buy Luna 2, the cheaper one. When I unbox this Luna 3, my mood was enthusiastic, but after all the boundaries, I think I'm dissapointed.. :(

I'm trying to use this app on a Google pixel 4 XL and it's not working. I used my boyfriend's Samsung s9 plus and it connected no issue. My phone sees the device but it just doesn't connect. I've uninstalled the app, I reinstalled the app, the battery is full. All those generic questions they love to ask is answered so I'm not sure what to do. It's all pretty straightforward so it's not like this is rocket science to figure out. I shouldn't have to use my boyfriend's phone to use this device.

Takes me more than half an hour to load the app without functioning. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME in PURCHASING such kinds of products.
