FORCA ESS (FORCA Employee Self Service) adalah aplikasi yang memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan proses absensi melalui smartphone. Dengan menggunakan FORCA ESS, maka pengguna bisa melakukan proses absensi dibeberapa tempat yang telah disetting sebelumnya. Pada FORCA ESS memiliki fitur face recognation dan pengecekan lokasi untuk mendukung validasi pengguna yang melakukan absensi.
