Worse app ever. Login details sometimes takes forever to come up and sometimes it doesn't come up at all

Garbage app , clearly caters to IOS users with the amount of issues Android users have with this app Garbage customer service, more focused on selling you their IMessage and WhatsApp QR codes for the app, it takes 4 pages to get to an actual phone number to talk to a customer representative. Garbage billing options, can't even pay through a 3rd party site like PayPal. There's a reason why they push for pre-paid billing.

I can't browse any phones at all ( wish I COULD ), even from my browser; all I get is an --alMOST "blank-screen"

The app seems to be just a browser that only can access the freedom website. Unfortunately, it can not even do that. This is the 3rd time I gave tried this app over the many years with freedom/wind. Thanks for looking after your customers...

I wish it ran better in general, and when I try to pay with my card it always gives me errors. I am starting to regret signing a contract for this new phone of mine.

It dies not let you pay your bills via interac even though it has icons for banks that permit it. I called customer service and they suggested I delete the app and use the pc.
