Very bad experience No commitment to proposed delivery time. I placed order yesterday and supposed to deliver today 2 to 3 pm. Order not delivered and no one notified me that can not deliver at agreed time. I contacted them at 8 pm multiple rime and finally replied by informing that they cannot deliver today or even tomorrow and even not sure if will deliver day after tomorrow! They seems just not prepared and currently do not have capacity for such services.

There is no one to contact to about the order. You order things and wait if it comes. Very bad.

My first impression has been terrible with this app. This is a good service if and only if it works. I ordered an item yesterday, and I selected the delivery time to be today between 10-11 a.m. I didn't receive anything, and I received no calls. I tried to contact them, but no phone number is provided anywhere. To me, it is based on luck! Once I placed the order, I even got the message that my order placed successfully. We are starving now because of you :/
