There is no charging point in the bus and conductor is talking rudely and service is improper

Very bad service. Bus was cancelled before 2 hours of departure. And alternative arrangements are not done by Gujrat travel's. After 7-8 days the cancelled ticket amount was not refunded back to account.

My trip start with Gujrat travels from Pune to Palanpur in single sleeper coach but When arriving at Ahmedabad bus staff said to sit in last sleeper in their second bus with another guy whom I don't inknow. You people's don't understand the current situation of cprona. Because of your benefits you are playing with people's health. If any of person infected with Corona then what will happen to our family.

Very very bad experience with this fu#king travels. These are goons. plz use red bus and make my trip. U do something with these. But u don't do with this gujarat travel. Bcz u don't have any proofs or ticket or bus number and some stuff. I hate this app and plz . Chutiya mat banao public ka.
