Mr Soumitra Ghosh, senior photo journalist had noticed a huge gap (lack of variety) in snacky items in Mumbai and keeping this in mind he conceived this idea and had started this venture with the Lokhandwala outlet in 2008.
The name had a huge positive impact in building a bong customer base. Over four years it has 10 outlets today. Now (with the efficient team in place, with chefs from 5 star hotels and food techies from famous institutes) we dare to dream of putting our mark across the globe and our coverage in 'New York Times' actually gave an international flavour to our dream!
