International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision atau disingkat dengan ICD-10, adalah daftar kode penyakit yang diterbitkan oleh World Health Organization (WHO). Dalam Bahasa Indonesia, daftar ini dikenal dengan nama Klasifikasi Internasional Penyakit Revisi ke 10 disingkat sebagai KIP/10. ICD 10 berisi pengkodean atas penyakit, tanda-tanda, gejala, temuan-temuan yang abnormal, keluhan, keadaan sosial dan eksternal menyebabkan cedera atau penyakit, dan lain-lain.

In Indonesian, this list is known as the 10th International Revision Disease Classification abbreviated as KIP / 10. ICD 10 contains coding for diseases, signs, symptoms, abnormal findings, complaints, social and external conditions causing injury or illness, etc.
