Apparently a joke app. Haha, you got me! Makes you draw lines on your arm. Photo is extremely difficult to take. Tattoo looks totally unrealistic and has unrelated large red arrows on it. Uninstalling, now to try to uninstall the lines on my arm.

Gets a little bit of patience and playing around to get it to give good results on phones with weaker processors but it does do everything it's supposed to do...
