Dear Lebara management.Kindly check my complain. Almost 5 days finish I'll Complain."CN- 264293" Still not Re-activated my Sim card. 15 time's maybe call your Customers service number. Everyday say same thing "our management contract with you" but nobody call me. It's Shame. nd not take seriously our problem. Nd don't said again "contact our customer support" Just fix nd chack our complain....

Last 5 days..I have bad experience. Before i have 2 sim card.one card working nd other 1 not working.then i call lebara customer care service. received my call.then i tll him."i want stop my one sim card" He said okay sir.give me id number nd birthday date. Its done"After i ask i want buy some package send me massg offer my number.he said i can't send.Thn i take my before active package code.Nd cut tha call.After 3 hours later.open my phone lock nd just shocked.He stop my 2 sim card...

Every time when I need to use this application it needs to update. My Moto G 2nd gen. Phone doesn't have enough storage to the process. What's the reason for this frequently update. Do I need to suffer from your trial and error? Or should I throw otherwise perfectly working my Moto g 2nd.gen. phone to keep this application. What do you think.
