ListingQu is an application designed to help marketing executives (ME) of a property agent in serving the consumer to acquire the property in accordance with the needs quickly and accurately.
Searches can be done anywhere and anytime without requiring any internet connection.
Can search by property type, price, area, priority, and other orientation.
Result (specification and / or images) can be "shared" to consumers directly from the application to whatsapp, bbm, email or application that is installed on each device android.
ListingQu also serves to remind the leased property will be due within three (3) months into the future for ME can do a "follow-up" back to the tenant (Reminder Lease).
Can also be used to store schedule an appointment with a prospective customer to conduct a site visit of the property.
