Complementing the initiatives of the Saudi Post Development Corporation to provide a modern postal service that benefits from the best techniques used worldwide to support the activation of e-government transactions and the provision of a reliable and high-quality postal service and the importance of providing an easy, clear and standard address to provide a distinctive postal service. The project aims to provide a field management application that can be used to:
1) Improve the speed of response to daily business requirements.
2) Reduce the cost of working teams on the ground.
3) Access basic work information directly.
4) Improve the effectiveness of field workers (via mobile technology, thus reducing the waiting time before transmission at the server).
5) Reduction of service time in the field and discontinuation due to changes in the geographical reality of the field.
