World's worst app ever... No customer care service... Payment methods are not accessible... They will get ur money and never give you back.. Do not ever use it.

Totally useless in Sweden none of the selects.machines.seems.to work. One of 10 machines.might be working. Not even machines in central in Stockholm works with monyx. I have reported repeatledly that the machines does not have monyx linked to the app but seems to not be fixed. Stay away from this if you live in sweden.

Put money into monyx account. Then told machine was offline and couldn't use the money I paid. No other monyx machines around so I am left high and dry with no refund allowed according to customer support.

Used to vend glacier water. It takes 30 seconds to complete payment, but works.

We've new vending machines at work which use this app. It's a bit of fun but in the UK the mini game makes you look like a tosser.
