Uninstalled and reinstalled New Straits Times ePaper app but after login with ID it immediately crashes.. If you logout, it will ask you to pay for the ePaper.. Seems the ePaper is keeping loyal paid subscribers out of our own accounts. Wanted to give half star as I have been with NST ePaper for over 3 years. REFUND please.

I have sent feedback countless time, and never got any reply. The downloaded edition cannot be deleted. I am a subscriber. Went to NSTP online website, no CEO email to send complaint also. Can I get my refund?????

This app crashes constantly at the client phone level even though the server version is working properly. The tech support unable to identify & fix the root cause of the problem.

A potentially excellent app marred by tendency to crash on a weekly basis. Each time the app crashed, it would then crash on every attempt to read the main New Straits Times paper unless the app was uninstalled and reinstalled on my Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro.
