I got logged out more than a month ago & have not been able to login since. Whenever I try to login it gives the same error "something went wrong".

This app has a great potential. I donno why is it missing the right maintenance and development. For example, It is unstable, and once logged out, it stays out.

You have to try more than one time to do successful payment! After false loading you will lose the items in cart, so you will have to search again, add again and try to pay again!!! Delivery guys will not deliver to your home, they will tell you to come and take the package! You should be not able to get out so they may be merciful and deliver the package to your door!

Its a convenient way to buy vitamins and drugs without risking yourself going outside to buy with this time of pandemic. No need to queue in the store just check if your item is available in branch nearest in your location and you can order right away. Delivery guys are good and they sanitize the plastic before giving it to the customer.

Extreeeemly slow it take ages to open a thing and to checkout it is easier to go to the pharmacy than spending over an hour to pay!

Not all products are in the app. Moreover, the pharmacy location feature needs to be improved. It's give nearest pharmacy but location is not working with Google map probably. You need to improve the app to be compatible with Alnahdi Pharmacy brand.
