Andrea Nacci, was born in Cassino (Fr) in 1981. After attending the School of Hoteliers in Cassino, began his professional career in prestigious hotels and starred restaurants, as Perbellini, Don Alfonso, San Pietro di Positano, Malga Panna, the Cafè Paillotes , Four Seasons Prague until arriving in 2005 at the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte as chef of the restaurant "the Little Prince." The restaurant, with him in the kitchen, has won many awards, such as the inclusion with excellent grades in the most prestigious guides including Gambero Rosso and Espresso, until obtaining the Michelin star in November 2008. In 2011 Andrea returns in his beloved land to fulfill the dream of a lifetime, open your very own restaurant with his family. Andrea is a lover of creative cuisine, but at the same time classic that does not alter the taste of the products. As a professional point of reference is inspired by the famous chef Alain Ducasse, hoping one day to have his humility and preparation.
