I can view the entire catalogue of items with absolutely no trouble but it won't let me add items to my basket. Every single item I click on the little red notice saying it can't add the item to my basket appears. I was hoping to make some purchases next week.

When the app works it is great but haven't had access to it for about 3 weeks now due to technical difficulties. But when I open the app on my tablet it works. I have tried to uninstall and install again same issue.

I buy a lot of New Look clothes. For the most part, this app works well. I can search for items, buy them or mark them as "for later", and at some point, swipe them, on the same page, into my basket and buy them in an efficient but user friendly way. There are other things you can do too, install it and see!

It's better as an app because if you go on the site when you search it, It's very laggy so better as an app and it's very easy checkout and cheap delivery. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars, is because it's very hard to move stuff out of your basket. Lots of the reviews say you can't but you can it just took me a long time to figure out how to. Maybe they could make it more clear.

Great for viewing the clothes but I can't favourite anything and can't add anything to my basket so can't actually buy anything in this app! Needs fixing!
