Does Exactly what I want. No internet, no untimely commercials, and NO "this station is unavailable". Actual FM Radio coming from cell which is great for true local broadcasts and great in an emergency situation. The only drawback I see is a lack of an AM option.

I downloaded this app to use when I don't have reception. When I started it for the first time it wouldn't let me get past the, "Search for local stations" screen. For an app that lets you listen to FM radio without the need of a network connection, but doesn't let you use the app without first having a network connection, it's basically worthless. 🙃
