Chat support either on app or site is terrible. Email agents keep sending me same replies and really does nothing for my concern. I ordered an item almost two months from now and followed it up a LOT of times, I still don't have it as of writing. BAD customer service.

Very disappointing chat support service. I've been trying to connect for days. Waited on queue for hours and when it is my time, there is no available chat support to chat with. Also when I try to initiate the chat it would bring me back to another queue. Very disappointing. I would like to cancel my order because of this. If it will be delivered I will not pay for it! Unless someone reach me regarding this matter!

Do not install this app. This is useless. Even the shipping process is way too long. Others took 6 weeks for them to receive their products.
