Twice my prepaid order was cancelled without giving any reason. They don’t give immediate refund after they cancel orders. I had to take my bank’s help to chase them for refund. First time my order was cancelled I thought it was a technical error. I took a second chance but now I have learnt my lesson. No more ordering from Patanjali. Uninstalling app. Nobody responds or addresses grievances. Only SAME fixed, canned, irrelevant auto-reply comes. Highly irresponsible, arrogant attitude.

You are charging too much postal charges. Nobody will purchase from your app. It will be a flop shop. You should have tie ip with courier and shipping charges should be free. Its my suggestion other wise it will be a flop show.

Pure scam Placed order, paid online and after like 10 mins or so, order was cancelled by them without even informing why ...!! Money isn't even refunded, this is not even a scam it's just pure robbing.
