Successivamente si fa strada l'idea di byNhot, una pizzeria dove assaporare la vera Spianata Romana con un impasto facilmente digeribile e particolarmente leggero, in un luogo dove prendersi del tempo e godersi una pausa dalla frenesia della vita.
