# Method to recover photos or Videos when problems occur
If for some reason Private Photo Gallery Lock does not run, recovery can be made by following the method below.
1) Uninstall Private Photo Gallery
2) Download Private Photo Gallery from the Market and install it.
3) Go Setting in the Private Photo Gallery Enter a New Password and Confirm a New Password
4) The missing files will be recovered to save in Same as a Previous one.
