* Grameen Sneh Foundation, is a national level NGO which works in various fields like Education, Art, Culture and Health but emphasizes and considers health as its primary concern. The foundation focuses and takes an initiative to eliminate Cancer from the Society and to make this society Disease free and Healthy.
* Asking questions about your cancer care helps you become better informed and may help you cope with your diagnosis. Think about how much information you would like to know about your type of cancer, and let your doctor know your preferences.
* Most of the people lack the knowledge and awareness that is the major reason they are not able to Fight against Cancer. Due to unawareness people come to know about Cancer
at later stage and that time it is very hard to resist and recover from the disease
and chances of cure are minimal.Thus it is important for one to be aware at very early stages and are properly diagnosed.
* An Initiative by Grameen Sneh foundation has been taken for the people to get more aware and prevent the disease for ruining their life through a mobile Application that is named as SNEH
* SNEH is a user friendly Mobile application that will support and enhance Cancer patients and their Caregivers
* It will facilitate the people in various ways making them aware of the Symptoms, Know about of the ailment ,Interacting with the Doctors and Consulting them by sitting at their homes..Even there are Counselling Forum in the App through they will be guided with several know about and important information of Pros and cons of the ailment.
* There are several features in the application that will enhance people in several means :
- Help Guide-This will guide the patients through several factors Pre, Post and after Treatment.
- FAQ's- This will give information about Several know about related to Cancer as to what all to be taken care during the Treatment,Food habits ,Beauty Care tips etc. .This also lists the Questions which usually comes to one’s mind if he has the notion of the disease or ought to be diagnosed .
- Symptoms - This will provide information about various symptoms of Cancer that will inform the people about the complexion of any type they feel in their body of how that has to be taken care of and to when they should consult the Doctors.
- Patient Registration- Through this
patient can register themselves in the app and provide the credentials required which will be saved and their ID will be created for any reference use.After this they can be able to chat with Oncologists.
- Doctors Registration- Through this Oncologists can register themselves and provide information for registering which would be related to their work specialization for the ease of patients to find them and consult.
- Chat with Doctors - Patients and Oncologists could chat from this feature and patients can even share their reports and any information they seem to consult
with the doctors upon.
- Emergency -This will contain several details which are required by any person in case of any emergency condition such as Blood Banks ,Cancer Hospitals, Regional Hospitals with their contact details.
