I ordered the ride today and the process was quick, driver good, estimate cost for the ride was great (about ugx 25,000) when I ordered from Kisaasi to Salama road. At the end of the trip i was billed about ugx 110,000...at a recorded distance of 118 km. I am so shocked and totally disappointed. This was my first and last trip. Be careful before you install or even use this service. There is a big problem. Whoever it concerns,kindly fix this anomaly. Thank you.
