It is only way to get most of the electricity services online in Bihar. Get new connection, load change or minior change in address or cell no . No instant payement required, all payment come with next month bill. So no need to go to middleman or pay bribe to anybody. Also get 2.5% discount in next bill, if you pay current bill through it like any other online method. It required camera, storage permission because that required during apply for new connection. I hope many doubt will clear now.

Useless app just provides bill that already another app provides. No other features work or any feature to track the status of the requests made on it.

No cash discount is credited although committed to give discount of 2.5 percent if payment done through this application
