The app was great when I could use it then I upgraded my phone to a Samsung note 10+ and I get the error message that the app won't work with the new version of Android I have emailed numerous people about it and can only get the generic answer that I need to Uninstall and reinstall it which I have numerous times now mostly out of pure frustration , I've tried calling the 30 different phone numbers I've been given by Samsung and still can't get a different answer. App and cust service is garbage

No instructions for BPID. The app won't let you get past a certain point without a "BPID". There are no instructions as to how to obtain one, what it is or even what BPID stands for. maybe it stands for, "Bad Programmer - Infromation Denied".
