Dont support any kickstarter project. After i made the purchases, they suddenly cancelled all of them. My money i put into the kickstarters all gone. To make it worse, they refunded the money for the product purchase and still i lost more money bcoz of the currency exchange. Last but not least, there is no customer support. Stay away from this apps. They asked me to email them but no reply at all till now. Only lip service.

Wonderful app by #Xiaomi you can buy Mi ecosystem with smart technology with good price, actually its warehouse in china so it will take some time to get the product delevered. But the issue comes from delivery it will take around 7-10 days or more.

Xiomi has hired poor knowledgeable 1) Technical support : who can't resolve customers problem, don't know how to put restrictions in any app... Just disabled account while they could keep restrictions in getapp. 2) Mail team: who don't know mailing etiquette, also copy paste same messages. Sometimes don't read mails carefully. 3) customer care support: expecting to happen everything automatically... I want to tell them there is no magic in this universe #put restrictions without disab
