Worst application.... u cannot log in, if u wait thousand years for verification code still it will not come....come on...give some more money to your IT staffs......

Unfortunately same issue with others the app isn't working just loading screen forever. This is not related to member ID

Shukran app is great, I like it and like using the digital card when shopping and redeeming points. Unfortunately, it stopped working on my device and would not open for the last few days. Please help to fix this problem.

Very poor customer service. Since 3 months i am waiting for solution of my problem with shukran. Many times contact through app email option and by Twitter. Everytime got reply as team is working. Additional review: At middle of june I got reply that i raised my issue too late. So they couldn't support in my issue. It looks like they don't want to solve customer issues.

Cannot register. When you register it tells you that you will receive a code through an SMS but it doesn't. I requested it again but still until it tells you that you have reached max requests. Very bad app.
