smartchat is an intelligent channel which enables chat between any two smartfarm users of same organisation.
Features of smartchat :
1. One to one chat between two users : Users can initiate chat with any other user of the organisation.
2. Company level group chat : Every user will be part of this group.
3. Offline messages support : Users can send messages in offline mode as well. However messages will be delivered when user connects to internet.
4. Image sharing : Users can share images in group and one-to-one chat.
5. ChatBot Riya : Riya is an intelligent chat bot who can answer basic questions related to your smartfarm account.
