- Please enter Solo Lock Screen, click on the "Close" button, and then uninstall as usual.

- Disable administrator permissions in Settings -> Location & Security -> Select device administrators -> uncheck "TurnOffScreen".

Hi, it was working fine until the latest update from Realme after that also double tap works just fine but it doesn't unlock the screen either by my fingerprints or facial recognition. I had to enter the password manually which is the main problem. Could you please fix it ASAP. Thanks
