Don't be scammed - You need to go through "on-ground orientation" where the 'trainer' would ask you to pick groceries for orders but u only get paid $2/hr. (Effectively you are helping the company and the trainer earn money) There is no definite number of "on-ground orientation(S)" that u need to go through and there is no specific matrix to test whether you are qualified to become a shopper and earn the normal remuneration. Let's hope the 'trainer' likes your appearance and allows you to advance to 'shopper'. :)
