T25Companion app is targeting Android users who enjoy Beachbody's Focus T25 home workout video DVDs with fitness instructor Shawn T. It helps T25 fans keep schedules of their daily workouts. It is basically a virtual calendar compatible with Focus T25 workout calendar.
You can keep schedule of your next and previous workout and also view all workouts and measure your progress.
If you are a true T25 workout fan you will enjoy this app. It provides options for sharing your progress with your friends and inviting them to try T25.

Basic, but good at what it does. Just add the staturday part for day 6. And add ability for doing measurement before and after. The Google ad section at the bottom is also too big and cuts of the last day on each section.

it's quite basic. needs a function to record the body measurements on 'Staturday' -

Simple app for taking your progress on the T25 program. Only thing missing is tracking ones weight and body measurements.
