Downgraded to 1 stars as not enough scooters (it all on low battery) or parking locations meaning it is essentially useless as a means of getting from A to B.

appalling. junk app, most simple trips turn into a stressful process of connecting, ending, the app failing the scooter not responding all with the costand clock ticking

Thank you guys for making this happen. I really like the scooters but right now when I turn on the app, I'm just stuck at the first screen. Edit: It is fixed now. Thank you guys :)

Aftet the update, app keeps crashing and becomes semi functional. The only saving grace is the Hotline function connecting to the customer service team whom are top notch!

Took a train to my doctor appointment, too hot to walk from the station so I tried a Telepod bike i saw there. I enjoyed it, will be using more.

I was skeptical at first, after the last bike share program Seattle tried, but Telepod bikes have been great! The bikes are decent, not too heavy like the last ones, and I can always find one! Super into it, I just hope the bikes survive winter!
