VERY difficult to sign up for, have to speak to someone on phone to give them your sign in info.not usual in my opinion..Person was nice,but could hardly hear her because of echo on her end. Got it set up,it worked for a couple of days,now will not let me sign in or receive new password to email even though i did remember my password but thought,well may have to make new one?. I am NOT going to call every time this app doesn't work. Its ridiculous..I have never seen an app that requires this,and i am not going to be on phone with you constantly.Would rather just write info in a notebook. Much less stress..PLEASE fix ASAP Edit: Customer Service polite and helpful,but you may want to add on the description that the app REQUIRES WiFi and not just your phones 4G..it may save someone some annoyance.
