Only paid app in the entire universe that still shows annoying banner ads that reduce the available viewing space. Wonder whats the driving force - Greed or Monopoly? I hope Channel News Asia,who already has the infrastructure in place, will also start a daily paid print newspaper and start competition . We got more than one telcos, train/bus/taxi ccompanies, supermarket chains , electricity providers etc etc in this tiny market and I'm sure one more english print daily can run successfully too

Really bad interface experience. My account's limited to 2 devices(student account). I tried to log in on my phone's browser to read the e-paper and had a bad time. Thought to use the app on the Google Playstore instead(on the same device, mind you) and it informs me that I have "exceeded the login quota of 2 devices". Despite the fact that I already logged out of ST on my desktop and mobile browsers, the same problem still occurs and I am unable to log into the application. ST pls fix

STmobile useless reply: Please be assured that we are always mindful of how our ads will affect the overall user experience. Meanwhile, we have forwarded your feedback to the relevant team in charge of advertisements. We are constantly tweaking our app to provide a balance for the best user experience and to meet our requirement of generating revenue. > I asked for the T&C to show me how paid subscribers had agreed to be shown unsolicated ads and they ignored my email. I have cancelled my SUB.

Problem with zooming again. Right hand panels can't be read. Had the same problem 2 years ago. Why is it that SPH can't fix this apparently common and recurring problem? This is a paid subscription. They should do better. I have uninstalled and installed again and problem still persist. Frustrating!

The zoom on the epaper is working fine until recent updates. When I performed the zoom, I am not able to see the rest of the paper unlike the previous version. This makes the reading of the epaper useless.
