Can be customized or configured to collect data by creating an MS excel file (updated any time when data is collected) in a mobile devise and a copy in PostgreSQL database server automatically via the web client API immediately data is
captured. Intended for National Mapping Agencies(NMA) field officers Cartographers, Surveyors, GIS data collectors working on Gazetteers and Geographical names.
