This used to work well but now it only gives me the option of collecting tickets at the station rather than having them on the device. Pretty useless as that was the whole point of the app

Regularly down due to 'technical issues , very unreliable which is the worst you can say about an app.

This app is poorly designed. You lose your place every time you close it while searching for a journey or making a purchase, when you reopen the app you have to start from the beginning again.

A bit confusing about the services on offer at first, then you learn to navigate through the different menus and appreciate the services. Very useful tool for its live train timetable. Also, it does not bother you with notifications. Now, how do I get out of this review?

Can rarely even buy a ticket at the moment, due to "technical errors". So frustrating

Wouldn't allow me to buy a ticket. Buy ticket button was greyed out. Completed all fields, added account info, couldn't figure it out. Resolution: downloaded Trainline app.
