Terrible service and many hidden costs! I can not recommend it. The appartment was run down, unlike the photos, and the kitchen was not equipped to a fully furnished standard.My WiFi wasn't working and it took them 5 days to fix it. Additionally Travelio seems cheaper then Airbnb at first glance, however they charge you extra for wifi, bed sheets and I the end they bill you for your electricity usage. These expenses are all included with Airbnb and the service with Airbnb is also much better.

bad after sales services.my deposit are not refunded even after 1 month (i only stayed for a week in the apartement).So it should be refunded maximum in 14 days to my credit card account.I already call the customer services number but the line always said "the customer sevices are busy right now" and i am waiting for 30 minutes in the line but still no answer.Same with the chat in the application,no help at all.

Good app to search for vacation/staycation places. Easy to use. Loads of option for sure. However, the app sometimes lags. Need more development so it doesnt lag
