My first time using online consultation for my son when he had diarrhoea, and it was surprisingly easy and convenient. Cost was about the same as an actual visit to the doctor but it saved me a lot of time on travelling and waiting. Son also felt at ease also seeing a doctor in home environment :)

Doctor is very patience and experience. They will not try to end the session asap but they will make sure everything is understandable before ending it. They will even explain what the medicine does to your body. No more waiting in the clinic feeling uncomfortable!
