Very nice product that makes my house smell great!! It's very nice to come home to a nice fragrance. The app is easy to use and does what it has to do, but can use some visual improvements.

I have the genie 2 and I cant install the genie to my app. It scans the code then press connect for blue button and it loops back to scanning the code. I have reinstalled the app several times. Just been told I need to make the 60 mile round trip to a stor for them to help me. I work in I.T. so I know what I'm doing with troubleshooting. So disappointing as it doesn't live up to the high quality of the Rituals brand. Wouldn't reccomend it unfortunately.

The product is great. It gives a good scent experience. Simple to use and the connection with google home rocks!

Installation of the Genie with registration went well. Discovering the fragrance device from the app not so much, with the hassle free QR the app could not detect the Genie, nor with the VAT code. This is a failure in expensive wrapping, devs should look in to the following: -Wifi stability from Geneie (horrendous reception from device) -Rewrite the pairing instructions as they are flawed (Swedish language) End.

Aplicação muito má. Não consigo nem por nada ligar o aparelho à aplicação. Dinheiro deitado ao lixo porque só consigo ligar manualmente o aparelho, algo que não vale o dinheiro que paguei pelo aparelho. Depois de quase um ano o problema ainda persiste.... Mesmo com tantas atualizações continua sem funcionar. Que dinheiro tão mal empregue :(
