Comment: They should fix the app in order for the user to download the videos while the mobile data for the phone is on, OR provide a statement to disable Mobile Data prior to downloading any data from the camera. Download and Connection Issue Resolved (See below for solution): Software and Phone Information: Google Pixel 3A (Should be applicable to all phones) Android Version: 11 Yi Dash Cam App Version: 4.3.8_20200511_international Solution for resolving the connection issue: Prior to connecting to the camera, the following needs to be completed: -Turn off Bluetooth. -Turn off any and all Mobile Data connections. -Ensure Proxy setting for WiFi SSID is set to "None".

can't download video to my handphone, please fix this problem. Many user complaints about can't connect, can't save video to android phone. How long we need to wait for the app update??

Hit or Miss. It works as advertised if it can connect to the camera, but most of the time it doesn't connect. If you need to view the footage on your phone, an SD card reader would be far more reliable than this app. The list of permissions is also very concerning.
